The clocks going back can upset your childrens’ body clock, meaning they may not stay in bed (even if you want them to). One way to combat this is to try the following adjustment over two to three days……
On Friday night go to bed ½ hour later.
On Saturday morning wake up ½ hour later, eat all meals ½ hour later and then go to bed 1 hour later Saturday night.
On Sunday wake up 1 hour later. You will now be in sync for the whole of Sunday, your children will wake up when you want them to and you are refreshed for work on Monday.
